The aim of the 1st level IT Helpdesk Agent role is to deliver outstanding customer service by understanding users IT and business needs, and also to provide solution and support customers.
An ideal candidate has good communicational skills and have a customer orientated approach, speaks English AND French fluently, has the affinity for IT issues and would like to challenge herself/himself in a multinational environment. Previous IT support experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome.
