Our systems are provided as managed services to our customers who are electricity, gas, and water utility companies. The systems consist of an application, networking, data communication layer, and a metering layer delivering smart metering functionality. Our infrastructure team is responsible for troubleshooting complex problems related to the system and maintaining our environments.

Responsibilities:

To support the infrastructure team in all related aspects including cost and systems-related tasks, Help implement small projects related to various environments, Create and maintain system-related technical documentation, Prepare technical reports on system efficiency and utilization
