-Minimum 3 years of professional experience in app integration.
-Proficiency in programming languages like C#, .NET, or JavaScript
-Minimum 3 year of professional experience in ERP functions used in application integration (nice to have).
-Strong knowledge of integration concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
-Familiarity with integration tools and middleware platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
-Fluently spoken and written English.
Develop and maintain interfaces between ERP and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.
- Design and implement integration solutions based on business requirements, utilizing appropriate technologies and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to gather integration requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, including system architecture, data mappings, and integration protocols.
- Conduct testing and debugging of interfaces to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality and error-free integration.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively address any performance bottlenecks or errors to maintain system efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in integration technologies and best practices and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members regarding integration-related queries or issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors or third-party service providers, if necessary, to ensure successful integration between systems.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver integration solutions within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Support in identifying opportunities overtime to rationalise and support application integration engineering work across the DT technology portfolio.
The Application Integration Engineer role is responsible for managing the integration of various systems with the
ERP Dynamics 365 (D365) platform. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure seamless communication
and data exchange between the ERP system and other external systems for the functions of HR, Finance,
Procurement, MPER departmental data requirements. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining
interfaces, as well as troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues to optimize the ERP Platform and
future Data Platform
