About the role:
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our 24/7 SuccessFactors Shared Operations team. In this role you will work in shifts, assist internal teams, and customer support by solving issues and providing solutions for reported incidents, carrying out planned change tasks, and completing service requests based on Working Instructions.
