Feladatok
- first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email or in person
- log, prioritize and assign support requests in the help desk ticketing system
- assist with hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance
- conduct training sessions for employees on basic software applications, establish best practices
- create and update technical documentation and user guides
- collaborate with other IT team members and external service providers to resolve complex technical issues
Elvárások
- IT-related education
- relevant experience in first-level support
- familiar with Windows 11, O365 and collaboration IT tools (Teams or similar)
- ability to learn new IT programs quickly
- perfect English
- willingness to travel
