Feladatok

► Collect, analyze and specify stakeholder requirements in IT projects

► Support stakeholder engagement and alignment

► Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements

► Manage daily scrum and assist developers in understanding business needs

► Collaborate with Project Managers to achieve project goals

► Prioritize and manage project-specific product backlog

► Design process flows (BPMN and UML standards)

► Drive change management processes during SDLC

► Create data visualizations (Tableau or Power BI) based on business requirements

► Design mockups/wireframes to increase user engagement process efficiency

Elvárások

► Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related field

► Proficiency in working with stakeholders of varying maturity levels

► Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and English

► Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with UML and BPMN

► Familiarity with data visualization tools, especially Tableau or Power BI

► Experience with Jira and Confluence

► Understanding of agile methodology and the scrum framework

► Ability to work both onsite and remotely proactively
