Our client is one of the leading investment banks in the world and for their professional team we are looking for a Business Analyst who would be supporting the in-house development of an Identity & Access Management solution.
Ideal Background:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analyst role or similar experience
• Proven experience in project management, familiarity with agile methodology
• Experience in Information or cyber security is an advantage
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication
• Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Proven analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development team.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, survey to gather detailed business information.
• Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized business processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop business cases to support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects.
• Monitor project progress, monitor risks. Ensure projects deliverables are completed on time.
• Work with development team to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Test and validate new systems and applications to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Provide trainings to end users.
