As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Information Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around January-February 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.
What you’ll do:
- Program duration: Two years
- Rotations: Two unique six-month and one twelve-month assignments
- IT functions: data science, project/product management, Continuous Improvement/OPEX, IT business analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
- Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Integration Services Director)

- Currently possesses, or will have obtained any bachelor’s or master's degree in STEM or Business with preference for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computing, Technology or related with a graduation date no later than August 2025
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
