Our international retail partner is looking for an IT helpdesk professional regarding the IT support of their Budapest operation.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Proven internal customer orientation
- Previous experience in the IT department of a mid-size company, with
- Google Workspace basic administration tasks
- Hardware maintenance (servers, printers, laptops, mobile phones), experience of Apple environment is a plus
- Backup and restore
- Highly developed sense of empathy and ability to understand the needs of others, diplomacy and sensitivity to different cultures, attention to details.
- Exceptional level of sense of duty, personal integrity and ethics.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to teamwork.
- Available to work with retail hours
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian are required.

We are currently seeking a highly competent professional for the role of IT Helpdesk. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first line technical support to employees. This will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. You will also be tasked with documenting all technical inquiries and responses in our IT database, escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel, and providing excellent customer service to all employees.
