On behalf our client we are looking for a Lead PHP Engineer.

We are looking for an Engineering Lead, who will adeptly oversee the dynamic endeavors of our developer team, exercising astute leadership to ensure the technical excellence and proficiency of the collective efforts.•- Overseeing and guiding developers through effective management, mentorship, and delivering insightful feedback from a technical standpoint. Evaluating their performance and fostering an environment that encourages growth and improvement.•- Crafting team schedules and roadmaps while actively proposing cutting-edge technologies to enhance the teams capabilities. Identifying and meticulously scrutinizing business specifications and implementations to ensure optimal outcomes.•- Playing a pivotal role in supporting development cycles and processes by upholding technical regulations, requirements, and guidelines. Upholding a high standard of technical excellence and ensuring seamless integration of best practices.•- Serving as a representative of the technical team, actively advocating for their needs and facilitating continuous professional development. Nurturing a culture of continuous learning and providing opportunities for skill enhancement.•- Assisting in critical on-call duty situations and generating comprehensive reports for management. Delivering concise and impactful information that aids in decision-making and offers a holistic view of technical operations.

•- System design experience with high-availability, high-performance, scalable systems•- More years of backend development experience using OOP with SOLID principles•- Proven track record of experience of RDBMS and NoSQL usage experience•- Practical knowledge about TDD, ATDD, BDD•- Familiar with Agile methodologies•- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze various inputs to help prioritize work•- Strong people management skills•- Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organizational roles
