Elvárások / Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a lead and senior tester role
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, LoadRunner, Jmeter, Postman, SoapUI)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
• Experience with agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience in performance and security testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of English

Programming basics (C#/.NET)
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus
Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
Robotframework
Linux knowledge
VOIP
Non-Functional Testing tool (e.g.: JMeter)

• Define and implement test strategies to ensure thorough coverage and alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing tools, methodologies, and technologies.
• Maintain and update testing documentation as needed to reflect changes in requirements and processes.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results for reference and auditing and training purposes.
• Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts and make necessary adjustments
