Our multinational client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage payroll-related projects.
5+ years of experience in project management, within a payroll or HR environment.
proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
fluent English knowledge
excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
proficient in using project management software tools
huge advantage if you’ve had exposure and experience in payroll implementation projects, either on the vendor or client side, and ideally also in a multi-country environment.
experience with Workday or other payroll systems (advantage).
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of payroll projects, from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with various departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
Facilitate project team meetings and communication, ensuring alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication effectively.
Monitor project performance against KPIs and report progress to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the team.
