Elvárások / Requirements

• Experience with SAP Modules SAP EWM & SAP MM & optional SAP PP (Customizing Experience required)
• Experience with working in international & global teams
• Fluent in English

• Support the implementation & optimization of S/4 HANA ERP
• Guide the SAP Key user team to ensure SAP system processes are aligned with business process requirements
• Analyze, define, and document business process requirements including interfaces
• Provide direction and guidance on integration points
• Identify and recommend cost-effective ways to streamline business processes and to eliminate redundant or outdated procedures and processes in alignment with the global IT Design responsible.
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and administration as part of the global Application Management Organization
• Creating and updating system documentation
• Preparation of specifications, system plans, development documentation, training materials and user manuals
• Support Business in the effective transfer of SAP processes and knowledge to end-users
• Highly customer-oriented, analytical mindset, responsibility for high quality services
